Nashville, TN - The Arc is a statewide, non-profit organization that provides services such as; information and referral, systems navigation, training and education, technical assistance and individual advocacy for people with disabilities of all ages and their families

Nashville, TN - The VAP is a programs within the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center that offers training for individuals interested in becoming special education advocates. 

The National NF Network is a non-profit national organization committed to advocating for federal funding for NF research and building and supporting NF communities.

The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) is a patient advocacy organization that is committed to supporting the identification, treatment, and finding a cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research, and patient services.

Locations: Greeneville; Memphis; Nashville, TN - STEP is an information center which offers families assistance in navigating the special education process with training and information on IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), offering individual assistance, consultations, referrals, support services, in-person group training and informational materials.

Tennessee - Disability Rights TN is an advocacy agency that offers legal advocacy services to persons with disabilities across the state on a variety of issues such as employment discrimination, safety in schools, as well as abuse and neglect. They also offer resources on topics including, but not limited to: Healthcare; Housing; Community Living; Education; Transition; Employment.

Nashville, TN - Tennessee Disability Pathfinder is an online and over-the-phone resource that provides free resources, supports, and referrals to individuals in Tennessee with disabilities and their families. 

Nashville, TN - Tennessee Disability Coalition is an alliance of organizations and individuals joined to promote the participation of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of life. They offer support in Public Policy; IDEA information; ADA information; and Brain Injury supports.
