The educational programs and curriculums within this section can be utilized by educators in the classroom, parents to provide additional support for their children at home, or for homeschooling purposes.

ASD Reading is an online reading program specialized for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program can be implemented by parents or teachers to help children with ASD learn to read, write, and comprehend text. 

Laureate Learning Systems, Inc. creates special needs software solutions that offers over 50 research-based software programs designed for persons with autism, language-learning disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical impairments, traumatic brain injury as well as aphasia. Such programs teach language concepts, grammar, vocabulary, cause and effect, auditory processing, and reading among others. 

K5 Learning is an online reading and mathematics program that utilizes assessments to create individualized learning programs to fit each child's learning level. K5 Learning programs have worked well for students with dyslexia, autism, and ADHD/ADD. 

Smart Tutor is an online educational program that provides K-5, Reading, and Mathematics curriculums that can be implemented by teachers or parents. Their evidence-based programs are designed to engage both struggling students and high performing students. 

Zane Education is an online K-12 educational program that provides teaching resources to both teachers and parents to help students improve in school. They also provide programs tailored to fit the needs of students with ADHD/ADD, autism, dyslexia, visual and/or hearing impairments, reading difficulties, and learning difficulties among others. 

Learning A-Z is a web-based educational technology company that offers multiple programs specialized to help students improve their skills in reading (Reading A-Z), writing (Writing A-Z), vocabulary (Vocabulary A-Z), and science (Science A-Z) among others. 

Dyslexia Gold is an online educational resource specifically made to help students with dyslexia improve in their reading, spelling, fluency, and math skills.

Moby Max is an educational technology provider that offers over 60 curriculums covering all grades and subjects between kindergarten and eighth grade. They also cover Common Core, NGSS, and State Standards. Moby Max provides differentiated instruction, assessments, interactive classrooms, and reward systems to alleviate learning gaps. 

Prodigy is a math game that features more than 1,500 mathematical skills for grades 1 to 8, aligned with district curricula across the globe. As students play, math questions adapt to match their individual progress and help them keep building the math skills they’re learning in school. Prodigy aligns with school curriculums to support their math skills development in a fun, engaging way. 

A+ Interactive Math offers a comprehensive Math Curriculum Online for students' homeschooling needs as well as for students in traditional schools who need extra help with math.

Hadley School for the Blind is an accredited program that has 90+ distance education courses on topics that include daily living, adjusting to vision loss, recreation, technology, braille, and working. They provide materials that are available online, in braille or large print, or as audio as well. 

Time 4 Learning provides online learning curriculums for students as well as time-saving tools and useful resources for parents. They offer curriculums for students in pre-school, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school. 

Online Supplemental Resources

Online resources encompass a variety of supports that can be used by teachers, parents, and/or students. The resources in this section include educational games, videos, printable worksheets, online courses, practice exercises, study tips, and lessons. 

ABCya is an online educational resource for parents and students Kindergarten through 6th grade. They offer educational games and worksheets based on Common Core Standards. 

WatchKnowLearn.org is a free online collection of educational videos. They support the mission to provide a world-class, online domain on which educators can store, categorize, and rate the best, K – 12 educational videos on the Internet today.

Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. They support learning in subjects like math, science, computing, history, art history, economics, and more, including K-14 and test preparation (SAT, Praxis, LSAT) content.

Coursera partners with more than 200 leading universities and companies to bring flexible, affordable, job-relevant online learning to individuals and organizations worldwide. They offer a range of learning opportunities—from hands-on projects and courses to job-ready certificates and degree programs.

Power Homeschool is a courseware delivery tool. It provides online K-12th courses, right in your home, taught by some of America’s greatest teachers.

Wonderopolis was created by the National Center for Families Learning that supports the mission to fuel students' natural curiosity and imagination by providing answers to questions frequently asked by children. This educational resource offers over 2,000+ answers to questions in a variety of subjects. Each answer is broken down into understandable explanations through videos, images, and text. Each lesson provides additional resources on the topic to support deeper learn and quizzes to test content knowledge. 

Scholastic offers a variety of resources such a books for students, literacy programs/interventions, resources for educators, and games such as Scholastic Home Base. Home Base is a safe, free, 3D interactive world that celebrates favorite stories through book-based games, live author events, and a large community of readers. In Home Base, kids can explore beloved stories, interact with favorite characters, and discover their next must-reads, play games inspired by popular books, reinforce skills like geography, astronomy, physics, spelling, writing, and more, meet Scholastic authors in live digital events, express creativity through writing stories and creating comics, and connect with other readers via filtered chat.

TED Ed is TED's youth and education initiative that supports learning — from producing a growing library of original animated videos, to providing an international platform for teachers to create their own interactive lessons, to helping curious students around the globe bring TED to their schools and gain presentation literacy skills, to celebrating innovative leadership within TED-Ed’s global network of over 650,000 teachers. 

Go Noodle creates videos that encourages students to move their bodies whether it be running, stretching, hopping, or practicing mindful breathing. They also create songs and videos on educational topics, provide activities to do on each topic, and offer printable worksheets. 

Epic! is an award-winning subscription service that gives millions of families and classrooms instant, unlimited access to thousands of books, videos, and quizzes from leading publishers to help kids everywhere read, learn, and grow.

Fun Brain is an online platform created for kids in grades Pre-K through 8. They provide free educational games for kids and offer hundreds of games, books, comics, and videos that develop skills in math, reading, problem-solving and literacy.

Cosmic Kids! encompasses a team of friends working together to smuggle in the benefits of yoga and mindfulness while kids are having fun. They create videos that use stories, role-play, and a good portion of silliness to make yoga and mindfulness fun for kids. They encouraging kids to move and stretch their bodies - and squeezing in breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques along the way.

Help My Kid Learn is a website that helps parents target what their child learns based on their age and ability. They offer a variety of lessons, activities, and learning tips for children ages 0-12. 

Vooks is a subscription-based website that offers a library of animated books as well as activities, worksheets, and videos to help students deepen their knowledge on the topic of the book.
